Visual Designer

TBC’s designers are talented visual communicators who obsess over details. They bring fresh perspective and expertise to everything TBC creates; from ad layouts and logos to branded design systems. As passionate about typography as they are about learning, growing and constantly evolving their creative style—our visual designers join a multidisciplinary team of specialists who desire to create beautiful experiences within UX, motion, environmental and brand design.

Responsibilities

  • Execute all forms of storytelling through visual design that may include crafting or refreshing a brand’s identity, establishing a campaign’s visual language or creating the style framework for motion graphics
  • Interpret creative briefs and help facilitate client discovery workshops in order to generate concepts and designs
  • Adhere to creative strategy and apply creative direction while also bringing ideas to the table
  • Work collaboratively across Agency disciplines to ensure brand consistency and exceptional execution on client projects
  • Prepare and present concepts, sketches and designs at internal check-ins and client presentations
  • Research category and competitive brands to ensure designs are both unique and relevant
  • Stay current with design trends and best practices
  • Contribute visual elements for agency materials like pitch decks, proposals, marketing pieces and social media content
